Ailsa Cottage, 2 Seymour Court is a contemporary cottage, with accommodation for up to six people, is available to rent on a self-catering basis. Situated on the waterfront at East Cowes with a private courtyard, it is within easy walking distance of the floating bridge. Choose from a wide selection of pubs, restaurants, shops and other attractions – all within easy walking distance. Seymour Court is the perfect base from which to launch yourself into island life, day or night. The cottage has two private parking spaces by the front door.

Inside, the cottage is modern, with fresh, contemporary décor. On entry there are two bedrooms on the Ground Floor, one with bunk beds and the main bedroom which has a double bed and ample wardrobes for storage. The bathroom, complete with electric shower is also on the Ground Floor.

Upstairs is the Living Room, Kitchen and two balconies, with different aspects of the River Medina, Cowes Harbour and the Solent beyond; ideal for lounging and watching the boats go by. The Kitchen is well-equipped with Oven, Hob, Extractor Fan, Fridge, Microwave, Washing Machine/Tumble Dryer, Toaster, Kettle, Crockery etc.
