Bookings
1. No booking will be valid unless a completed,
signed booking form and deposits have been received.
2. A security deposit of £150 and a rental deposit of £100
per week will be due at the time of booking.
3. Full rental payment is due 6 weeks prior to the start date of
the booking.
4. The security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of the
end of the booking period, subject to the condition of the rental property
and contents.
Contract
5. Once a booking has been made and the necessary
deposits received the booking is firm and a booking confirmation will
be sent.
6. When you make a booking you warrant: that you are over 18 years
old and have the authority of all persons who will use the property during
the period booked : that you sign on their behalf and that you indemnify
the owner of the property against all loss and damage directly or indirectly
to the property and its contents from any deliberate or negligent act
or omission by yourself or any person accompanying you.
7. The property owner shall not be responsible for any loss or
damage to any belongings, or injuries sustained by you or any members
of your party.
Cancellation
8. Holiday cancellation insurance is not included
in the rental. If you require this insurance you must make your own arrangements.
9. Any cancellation of booking must be made in writing. The date
the letter is received being the cancellation date.
10. Bookings cancelled before 6 weeks from the booking start date
will have the security deposit refunded but the rental deposit will be
forfeit. Any other payments that may have been made will also be refunded.
11. Bookings cancelled within 6 weeks of the booking start date will be charged at 50% of the rental amount with the remainder refunded.

12. The property owner may cancel a booking at any time. This would
only be done in exceptional circumstances, unforseen at the time of booking.
In this event the property owner will refund all monies recieved, but
will not have any liability beyond this.
Arrival and Departure
13. To allow sufficient time for the housekeeper
to prepare the property you may not enter until 4:00 pm. On the day of
arrival.
14. On the day of departure the property must be vacated by 10:30
am.
15. You are requested to leave the property in a clean and tidy
state. The property owner reservs the right to make a charge for extra
cleaning if the property is not left in a satisfactory condition.
Complaints
16. Every effort is made to ensure your stay is
enjoyable. If you have cause for complaint you must bring it to the attention
of the housekeeper immediately so that a remedy may be sought.
Access
17. The property owner or their agents whomsoever
reserve the right to enter the property at any reasonable time.
Miscelaneous
18. No pets are allowed
19. No smoking inside the property.
20. The towels provided at the property are for use within the
property only. Guests must provide their own beach towels if required.
21. The number of persons staying at the property must not exceed

22.The property must not be used for parties or large gatherings
of people for any reasons whatsoever.
